We believe that abstinence from illicit substance use is the safest choice but acknowledge that if even the person is not ready to stop using they can be significantly helped. All new patient will also undergo COVID-19 testing upon intake, and routinely thereafter.
We believe that treatment is most effective when it is individualized and approached in an interdisciplinary and comprehensive manner, that addresses the unique characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each patient. We respect each of our patients “stages of readiness for change” and work to increase the patient’s commitment to treatment and the recovery process.
We accept medication assisted treatment as effective pharmacotherapy for opioid use/dependence treatment. We fully accept harm reduction as a valid treatment goal. We accept and promote self-help philosophes, but we also understand that there are other roads to recovery and treatment approaches as well.
Using a welcoming approach, each patient is educated about all aspects of their treatment.
Our patients are required to check in with their counselors at our treatment facility Monday through Saturday.

Our team will sit down with the prospective patient to gather information that will
address the individual’s immediate needs, to encourage his/her engagement, and
retention in services.
Along with checking in at our facility Monday through Saturday, Partial Care services offer more intense treatment and patients may need meet with their counselor several times per week.
IOP may be recommended for those who need a higher level of care and do not need
medically-supervised detox. This will enable people in recovery to continue their
recovery therapies following successful detox, on an intensive schedule.
Our team will provide the information needed to decide a client’s starting point. It is the benchmark from which clients’ progress and achievement can be measured.
Our team will seek to discover the patient’s views about successes, problems, continued
areas of focus, and expectation of future treatment.
Our patients have access to drained and qualified staff Monday through Saturday
Instant Urine Tests are administered at admission for all new patients to test for opiate substance use.
Every female patient will be administered a pregnancy test before getting placed on a voluntary or involuntary methadone detoxification.
Oral Swabs are administered to patients who have difficulty providing urine samples due to underlying medical treatment such as dialysis and other medical conditions.
